Who is glad it's Friday?? I for one am very very glad it's Friday even though that means that I only have ONE week until portfolio reviews. Which also happens to be on Friday the 13th. No pressure.
My capstone project is going really well though so I shouldn't complain I am going to rock portfolio review! I got my hard portfolio cover laser etched with my logo on it so I am hoping to get some good photos of it to share with you guys because I am really proud of it!
Today I am starting a project on my blog where I do the Victoria's Secret workout for two weeks or so and see if I get any prominent results. In truth I started on Monday because you know it's always easier to convince yourself to start things on Mondays than Fridays.

All you need are two five pound weights for the Ab video. I thought you could do it without but it turns out you really can't do the ab workout without them but if you just want to do the Full Body video you do not need any weights!
In order to track my progress I have taken some before photos. Nothing makes you notice your extra fluff like putting on a pair of spandex. BUT I do love the wide waistband spandex way more than traditional spandex they don't cut into you quite as bad.
I should also mention that part of my desire to tighten up my fluff is because they put one of my all time favorite movies on Netflix, Coyote Ugly, and seriously I just want to be able to dance (I've got no rhythm and zero dance moves, I blame my genetics and a lack of coordination) and have those perfectly toned stomachs that the "Coyotes" have. Also I'm lusting hard after Kevin O'Donnell aka Adam Garcia. Anyway if you haven't seen it (Really who hasn't?) but in case you were in a coma or under a rock this a gif from the movie and my inspiration to maybe sign up for a dance class after I tone up my fluff!
The videos left me out of breath (not sure if that says more about the videos or myself) but I was able to do them in my room, which doesn't have a whole lot of extra room in it, without problems. I also can do it barefoot which is a must for me I enjoy barefoot workouts much more than ones that require shoes!
